Trilba “Jean” Brown, 68, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at Health Center at Standifer Place.
Jean was born April 29, 1947 in LaGrange, GA. She was a graduate of Troop High School. Jean was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren and was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Rufus and Jonella Welborn; four sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Wallace Lee Brown; son, Floyd Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Travis Bledsoe; grandson, Grant Bledsoe; granddaughter, Allison Bledsoe; sisters, Sheila Hand and Cindy Wisener.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Monday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. with Rev. J.L. Sharp officiating. Entombment will be private at a later date.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, Nov. 30 from 4 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
