Siskin Hospital Adds New Chief Nursing Officer

Tracy Collings Reed, DNP, RN, MBA joins Siskin Hospital as its chief nursing officer and vice president of Nursing and Patient Services. 

Ms. Reed was formerly the chief nurse executive of Shepherd Center in Atlanta. She has specialized in rehabilitation nursing, medical-surgical and orthopedics services. 

“Tracy is uniquely experienced to be our next CNO and VP of Nursing and Patient Services because she has worked in every level of care that Siskin Hospital provides,” said Carol Sim, president and CEO. 

Ms. Reed brings nearly 20 years of CNO experience to her new role at Siskin Hospital. She completed her doctoral degree in nursing practice from American Sentinel University. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kennessaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Ms. Reed is also a certified legal nurse consultant. 

Ms. Reed has managed and directed emergency departments, surgical services, medical surgical units, ICUs, infection prevention, industrial medicine, speech therapy, and cardiopulmonary services. She has served as a consulting expert to attorneys and has been responsible for facility hospitalist program and physician practices.
