Police Blotter: Drunk Man Urinates On Neighbor's Car Seat

Police said a drunk man urinated on a neighbor's car seat.

Ashley Derrick of Peak Street said her neighbor's ex-husband, Maxinimo Vasquez was intoxicated and arguing with the former wife.

She said he went over to her (Ms. Derrick's) vehicle and opened the driver's side door. He then urinated on the driver's seat.

Police said Vasquez was extremely intoxicated.

He was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and vandalism.

Gonzalez Castillo said he was in Harbor Freight on Brainerd Road for 20 minutes.

During that time someone got into his unlocked van.

They took numerous electrical and hand tools as well as his check book.

Brainerd Walmart loss prevention said a white male scooped up $70 in merchandise and tried to leave.

When he was confronted, he fled.

Officers searched the area, but could not find him.

Dylan Pritchett said his 2004 Jeep Wrangler was parked behind his house on Duncan Avenue.

Someone unzipped it and stole over $2,000 in items.

The loss include a tool kit, cologne, a watch shoes, a suitcase and $700 in clothes.

At the Cummings Highway Kangaroo, a customer reported the store open but no employee in sight.

Police were summoned and they did a search.

An employee was located in the back sleeping peacefully.

Police said, "The employee was fine once awoken."
