Kathleen Ingle Ellis, 84, of Ringgold, died on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.
She was born in Bessemer, Al., to the late Claude and Stella Ingle and was of the Christian faith.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bernie, Bill, Leon, Bobby Ingle, husband, Clarence Ellis, sons, Ronnie and Robert "Billy" Ellis, and granddaughter, Shannon Ellis.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Daniel Newman, daughters-in-law, Joan and Jackie Ellis, grandchildren, Jimmy, Nicole, Stacy, Robby, Scottie, Shawna, Shelby, Tommy, 11 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, in the chapel with Pastor Johnny Godgiben officiating. Interment will follow in Anderson Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday and prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
