FAIRFIELD, Ala. – Hamilton Heights got a combined 42 points from three players Friday night in a 60-48 victory over Restoration Academy.
Milos Andelic and Joan Duran each scored 16 points for the Hawks and Abdulhakim Ado added 10, all in the second half.
Aldo also recorded 11 blocked shots and eight rebounds. Duran added eight rebounds to his night. Strahinja MicaKovic had eight points and six rebounds and Ezekiel had six blocks, five points and three rebounds.
Tim Collins led Restoration, which won a state championship last season, with 17 points and Steve Burger had 16.
Hamilton Heights (25-2) plays at Central Park in Birmingham, Ala., Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m.
and then travels to famed Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.) on Monday for a 6 p.m. contest with the nationally ranked Warriors.
The Hawks’ next home game is set for Feb. 14 against Lighthouse Christian and their regular-season finale is at Huntington (W.Va.) Prep on Feb. 20. Tipoff is at 7:30 p.m.
