Skyy Mims has been ruled competent to stand trial for the murder of a Dalton convenience store clerk.
Ms. Mims, 22, underwent a competency examination at the Central State Hospital that led to the finding.
She is charged with stabbing to death gas station clerk DK "Dickey" Chaudhari at Kanku's Express on March 9, 2014. He was 37.
Ms. Mims was arrested two days later in Bartow County.
The trial is set for April 27.
