Shopping Center At Former Narrowbridge Property Sold For $4 Million

A shopping center at the former Narrowbridge restaurant property in East Brainerd has been sold for $4 million.

The sale was by Jenkins Road Partners Llc to Scgiv-Narrow Bridge Llc.

The center is next to the city's Heritage Park at the intersection of Jenkins Road and East Brainerd Road.
