East Brainerd Community Informational Forum

There will be a community meeting for City district 4, county districts 7-8 on Monday at Erlanger East Hospital starting at 6:30 p.m.

The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the multi-million dollar expansion of Erlanger East into a full-line hospital.

The agenda is as follows:
1) TDOT update on Apison Pike and E. Brainerd expansion projects;
2) Introduction of new Sector 3 Police Capt. McPherson and new George Patrol commander;
3) Sheriff Jim Hammond will have a brief update from the county law enforcement perspective;
4) Transportation Administrator Blythe Bailey will briefly update the city street projects/repairs plans for the area and the Bike Implementation Plan;
5) Regional Planning Agency Director John Bridger from the city staff will be available for Q and A;
5) Dr. Phil Jackson will present the expansion plans for Erlanger East Hospital;
6) Commssioner Smedley will update the construction progress on the new E. Brainerd Elem school construction; and
7) Closing comments and Q & A.
