Fairytale Nights returns to Rock City this March bringing classic stories to a happily ever after near you. The event runs March 27 through April 19, nightly from 6-9 p.m. This magical setting lets imaginations soar where girls can be princesses or fairies and boys can be princes or knights, all along Rock City’s Enchanted Trail.

Interact with beloved characters like Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel, Merlin, Cinderella, her fairy godmother and Prince Charming – plus many others. Be announced through the castle entrance, then journey to see a Falcon Show, eat a turkey leg in King Arthur’s Hall or do a coloring activity with the Three Little Pigs.

Royal guests can also reserve an Enchanted Tea Time with Alice and the White Rabbit for April 4, 11 or 12 at 4:30 p.m. Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty are also attending. Enjoy a three-course tea menu including crumpets, sandwiches, fresh fruit, desserts and delicious beverages. Tickets include a souvenir photo and plush rabbit doll. For reservations, go to www.seerockcity.com/fairytale.

Boys and girls can train to be a knight and scale a castle wall, learn basic archery and sword-fighting. Those completing this training academy are knighted by Queen Guinevere. Additional prince and princess packages are also available, as well as other activities. Discounted tickets are offered online for the knight’s training.

Rock City Gardens is partnering with Emily’s Power for a Cure Neuroblastoma Foundation during Fairytale Nights. This foundation was started in 2006 by Wendy and Jonathan Ransom in memory of their two-year-old daughter, Emily. She passed away after a heroic four-month battle with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a deadly pediatric cancer. The goal of Emily’s Power for a Cure is to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for Neuroblastoma, while helping with the immediate needs of children and their families fighting this disease today.
