The Road To Nightfall 2015 continues this weekend at Rhythm & Brews, with 13 bands scheduled to play over the two nights. Nightfall is one of Chattanooga’s premier events and a coveted headline slot will be given to the winner of the competition. Nightly winners receive $500, with the winning finalist getting $1,500 and runner-up finalist getting $500.00.
Last week’s winners were Birds With Fleas and Tut & The House Band. Both bands won $500 and will move on to the finals at the Camp House on April 4th.
This week, the action continues at Rhythm & Brews, located at 221 Market Street in downtown Chattanooga.
Six bands will compete Friday and seven on Saturday. A winner will be chosen each night to become a finalist. One more event will be held next weekend, also deciding a finalist for the grand finale. The last semi-final will occur at Rhythm & Brews on March 27. The finals will be held at the Camp House on April 4th.
Friday’s schedule at Rhythm & Brews includes 8 p.m. – Remembering January; 8:30 p.m. – High Meadows Communion; 9 p.m. – Zach Dylan Band; 9:30 p.m. –Jess Goggins Band; 10 p.m. – Solar Moonshine; 10:30 p.m. – Scarlet Love Conspiracy
Saturday’s lineup is 8 p.m. –Blackbird Revival; 8:30 p.m. –Steadfast Soul; 9 p.m. – Joey Winslett Band; 9:30 p.m. – Subkonscious; 10 p.m. – Johnny Balik & The House Band; 10:30 p.m. – Talking Blues Band; 11 p.m. –Krystye Dalton Band.
