Bryan Villa scored twice and Ivan Velszquez and Juan Torres scored once to lead Northwest Whitfield High School to a 4-2 win against host Baylor Tuesday night.
NWW led 3-0 at halftime before Villa scored his second goal of the match in the 62nd minute.
Baylor found the back of the net on a direct kick by Kyle Johnston followed by a goal from Rob Moore.
"Give alot of credit to Coach Scoggins for beating us in every facet of the game tonight," Baylor head coach Curtis Blair said. "They were better technically, tactically, physically, and played with more passion. We have not trained very well the past couple of days and hopefully this is a wake up call for us, as we prepare for our first region match on Friday."
