Open Mic At The Well Begins April 6

  • Wednesday, March 25, 2015

The Well will be partnering with the Chattanooga Folk School to provide a music and poetry Open Mic on Monday nights beginning April 6.

All ages and abilities are invited to participate.  A Children's Open Mic will run from 6:30-7:30 p.m.   Any child, ages 12 and under, will have the opportunity to share their talent (song, poem, dance, acting, jokes, etc.).

Sign-ups for the regular open mic will start at 7:30 p.m. and the first performer for the night takes the stage at 8 p.m.

Local food and drink vendors, like Local Juice and The Pedal Pusher Coffee Cart, will be on hand.

The first Monday of every month features a Pro Panel that will give feedback to each performer after their set. This panel is made up of professional musicians and poets, event organizers, and music and/or written-word critics.
