U.S. Army Veteran Retired From DuPont After 16 Years

William Richard “Dickey” LeCroy, 85, of Hixson, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

He retired from DuPont after 16 years of service. Dickey was a United States Army veteran. 

His grandson, Chance LeCroy, preceded him in death. 

He is survived by his wife, Josie LeCroy; daughter, Terri Grizzard; grandchildren, Sean LeCroy, Michelle Grizzard; great-grandchildren, Hannah LeCroy, William Chance Wooten and a sister, Pauline Eldridge. 

The service will be 1 p.m. on Monday, March 30, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, and after 11 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
