John Shearer To Speak At Chattanooga Area Historical Association Program April 6

The Chattanooga Area Historical Association and the Local History and Genealogy Department of The Public Library will host John Shearer's “The Haunts of Chattanooga’s Rich and Famous” at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 6.

The program will be held at the Chattanooga Public Library, 1001 Broad Street, and is free and open to the public. 

Mr.

Shearer’s wealth of knowledge and information will make this program one people won’t want to miss.  As a former historical reporter for the Chattanooga News-Free Press, a current contributor to Chattanoogan.com, and author of Chattanooga Trivia, Mr. Shearer’s insights will provide a glimpse into Chattanooga’s elegant past.
