Detective Matt Jenkins, investigator with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Cleveland Police Department, is working a large scale financial investigation involving criminal simulation, hacking of business and personal bank checking accounts.
April Swafford, 27, is wanted for questioning regarding this investigation.
