Charles Marvin Flint
Two men, just hours away from being placed on Bradley County’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, were taken into custody, one Monday evening, the other on Tuesday morning.
The first arrest, that of Charles Marvin Flint, Jr., 47, was made after an auto chase in Bradley County. Sheriff Eric Watson, who took Flint into custody, said he plans more charges along with those currently placed, such as theft of property and felony failure to appear.
Sheriff Watson said Flint attempted to escape officers, without regard for the public’s safety, before he was stopped. He remains in the Bradley County Jail.
The second man captured by Polk County officers in conjunction with Bradley County deputies is identified as Ferdinand Lucio Gonzalez, 25.
He was to join the Top 10 Most Wanted on serious charges including especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, among others. Gonzalez is also housed in the Bradley County Jail.
Sheriff Eric Watson praised the Cleveland Daily Banner newspaper for printing the Top 10 Most Wanted weekly. He said, "Next week we’ll have at least two new names for the list. Those who are wanted can expect to be arrested soon, too.”
