Ronald Eugene Johnson, 70, of Chattanooga died on Monday, March 30, 2015.

Mr. Johnson served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1965-1968 as a Tele Type repairman; he was also employed at Muller Company for 38 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Sheila Mae Johnson; mother and father, Rose Mable Johnson and Wallace Samuel Johnson; brother, Wallace Samuel Johnson, Jr.; daughter, Jamie Crystal Johnson.

He is survived by his son, John Lynch and daughter-in-law, Kim Lynch; daughter, Sonya Coone; four grandchildren, Michael (Amy) Ludwig, of Colorado Springs, CO, Joshua Lynch, of Richmond, VA., James Coone, of Catoosa, and Destiny Johnson, of Hixson; two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Brielle Ludwig, of Colorado Springs, CO; his special loyal dog, Jasmine; one brother, James Johnson, of Chattanooga; one sister, Helen Womack, of Chattanooga; along with several extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 1, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home or you may visit the guestbook at www.turnerfamilyfuneralhome.com.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 2nd at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Garden, South.
