One person was shot in Brainerd in the vicinity of Cameron Lane and North Moore Road on Thursday afternoon.
The victim was shot around 1:41 p.m. The injury was not believed to be life-threatening.
The white male victim was taken to a local hospital by a friend.
Officers are working to determine the location of the incident and are searching for potential witnesses and suspects.
