Planning Agency to enter into a contract with Jones & Jones, Ltd., for the
design of four (4) public space areas in the Northshore area, in the
amount of $387,000.00.

c. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Amended Lease
Agreement with MarineMax, Inc., in substantially the same form as
attached, inclusive of extending the original Agreement for five (5) years,

Works to execute an Access Ramp License Agreement with River City

to execute a contract with FIS/Link2Gov to supply financial charge card
services for the City of Chattanooga for one (1) year beginning May 1,
2014, plus four (4) one year extensions, for an estimated annual amount of
$100,000.00.

c. A resolution authorizing the Chief of the Chattanooga Police Department
to enter into an agreement with Chattanooga State Community College to
conduct classes for Chattanooga Police Academy training during the
period of April 17, 2015 to September 18, 2015, for an amount not to exceed
$1,000.00.

Public Works

d. A resolution authorizing the Administrator of the Department of Public
Works to award Contract No. W-12-023-201 to SAK Construction, LLC,
Chattanooga Creek Interceptor Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of
$4,665,480.00, with a contingency amount of $233,274.00, for an amount
not to exceed $4,898,754.00, subject to SRF loan approval. (District 7)

e. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of
Transportation to enter into an agreement with Talley Construction, Inc.
relative to Contract No. T-14-017-201 for the construction services
associated with the W. Shepherd Road Improvements, with the City’s
portion in the amount of $642,707.00, for a total amount of $767,707.00.

f. A resolution authorizing Chattanooga Coffee Company c/o Eileen Mason,
agent for the property owner, Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation
Authority (CARTA), to use temporarily the sidewalk right-of-way in front
of the building located at 225 Broad Street to install outdoor seating
associated with Chattz (Chattanooga Coffee Company), as shown on the
maps attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, subject to

g. A resolution authorizing SSR & Associates c/o Reginald Ruff, agent for
the property owner, Soho, LLC c/o Robert Henderson, to use temporarily
the right-of-way of the open alley in the rear of the building located at 45
East Main Street to install four (4) metal canopies above the sidewalk in
the rear of the building, as shown on the maps attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference, subject to certain conditions. (District 8)

h. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of
Transportation, on behalf of the Chattanooga Area Regional
Transportation Authority (CARTA), to apply for and, if awarded, accept a
Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with
Disabilities Grant from the Federal Transit Administration to install fare
smartcard readers on Care-A-Van vehicles, with the City’s portion in the
amount of $6,800.00, for a total amount of $68,000.00.

i. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of
Transportation, on behalf of the Chattanooga Area Regional
Transportation Authority (CARTA), to apply for and, if awarded, accept a
Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with
Disabilities Grant from the Federal Transit Administration to replace six
(6) CARTA Care-A-Van paratransit vehicles, with the City portion in the
amount of $43,800.00, at a cost of $73,000.00 per vehicle, for a total
amount of $438,000.00.

j. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of
Transportation to apply for and, if awarded, accept a Section 5310
Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Grant from
the Federal Transit Administration to repair and install sidewalks within
a half mile of CARTA transit stops throughout the City to increase
pedestrian connectivity and expand access to transit for older adults and
individuals with disabilities, with the City’s portion in the amount of
$45,000.00, for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00.

k. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of Youth
and Family Development to execute a contract with Signal Centers for the
Baby University Program for a twelve (12) month term with the option to
