One man has died after a serious traffic accident at 500 South Holtzclaw Ave. on April 7.
Carl Lee Hice, 51, was traveling north on South Holtzclaw Avenue and was waiting to make a left turn onto Bailey Avenue. A second vehicle was traveling south on South Holtzclaw Avenue and was proceeding through the intersection of South Holtzclaw and Bailey Avenue.
Mr. Hice turned in front of the second vehicle, which in turn caused his vehicle to roll over on its top.
Mr. Hice sustained life threatening injuries during the crash and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
No charges will be filed.
