Charles Treece
Charles “David” Treece, 73, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, April 16, 2015 in a local hospital.
Mr. Treece was born in Shreveport, LA, the son of the late Ted and Bonnie Treece.
He graduated from Red Bank High School and attended UTC. He served in the U.S. Army as military police and a dog trainer.
Mr. Treece retired with TVA after many years of service and was proud to be a union steward.
Survivors include his life-long friend and caregiver, Annette Palmer and family, Johnny Carroll, Tonya Palmer, Chris Collier, Stephanie Palmer, Alisha Potts, Quinn and Debs Palmer; caregiver, Charles Carroll; several cousins; and friends at the Orange Hut Restaurant.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, April 21, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
