Paula Shrader
Paula J. Shrader, 55, of East Ridge, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in a local health care facility.
She was a former employee of T. C. Thompson Childrens Hospital where she was a Patient Care technician and she was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Egbert and parents, Gene and Vivian Headrick.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Shrader, daughter, Brandy (Richard) Thomas, son, Chris (Tiffanie) Shrader, sister, Kathy (Mark) Jackson, five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 25, at 3 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37416.
Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
