Kevin Corbin has been sentenced to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty to aggravated robbery.

Prosecutor Lance Pope said the 36-year-old Corbin will be required to serve 85 percent of the sentence.

He said the incident in April 2013 involved Corbin and Leonard Light taking a wallet from Dustin Lewis. Light earlier got a six-year prison term.

Also in April 2013, Corbin was involved in stealing a trailer from Donald Cole and a front-end loader from Stein Construction Company, the prosecutor said.

Corbin, who has an extensive criminal record, appeared before Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman.

Corbin was on probation on prior convictions carrying a six-year sentence and that was ordered into execution - concurrent with the new sentence.

Richard Joe Fitten, who has also had numerous arrests, got a four-year sentence on a no contest plea to aggravated burglary.

Fitten, 34, was found to have pawned stolen bicycles and a pressure washer taken from a garage at a residence.

He was arrested after an officer spotted him with a bicycle and a leaf blower taken from a garage at another residence.
