Attorney Bill Speek on Thursday questioned the activities of a woman who said she was raped by a stranger she had just met on I-24.

He said the woman let the man into her home, gave him alcohol and food, then was alone with him after two other women at the residence went to bed.

A preliminary hearing was conducted on Thursday before Judge Don Poole in the case in which Trent "Trey" Sise is charged with aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery.  He has been in jail under a $100,000 bond since his arrest last June.

Sise was 20 at the time.

The woman said she was driving home from her job at the Enterprise South Industrial Park at 4:30 a.m.

when a maroon Mazda pulled up beside her near the Spring Creek Road overpass. She said the man waved at her, then followed her home.

She said he began talking with her and her two girlfriends outside, then eventually followed them in.

The woman said one of her friends told her in the kitchen they needed to "get rid of this guy." She said she did ask him to leave, but he disregarded her request.

She acknowledged that she gave him an alcoholic drink and something to eat and sat around talking with him - even after the two others had gone into a bedroom and locked the door.

She said the man walked into another bedroom and started asking her about items. She said when she went inside he pushed the door to and asked her about having sex. She said when she turned him down, he displayed a knife that he had apparently gotten from her kitchen.

She said he then pushed her on the bed and raped her.

East Ridge Detective J.C. Johnson said the man had said his name was Trey and that his brother worked at the same plant as the woman. He said that information led to 3723 Anderson Avenue, where Sise lived with his mother. He said there was a maroon Mazda at the residence.

He said testing did not show any sperm or DNA from Sise, but he said there was a mixture of bodily fluids taken from one section of a sheet traced to two individuals and fluids from another section to three individuals.

The woman said her boyfriend had been living with her at the residence until they recently broke up.

The detective said the intruder took $9 from the woman's pants and also got her IPod.
