The Chattanooga Marriott Residence Inn has been sold for $12.4 million.
The sale was to Arc Hospitality Portfolio from W2007 Equity Inns Realty Llc.
The Marriott Residence Inn is at 215 Chestnut St. near the Tennessee Aquarium.
The same buyer purchased the Hampton Inn at 7013 Shallowford Road for $7.28 million.
It was also bought from Equity Inns Realty Llc.
In another large transaction, the Extra Space Storage Self Storage Facility at 600 Commercial Lane was sold for $4.85 million.
It was sold to Storage Pros Chattanooga Llc from Vsi Iv Chattanooga Llc.
