Franklin Academy Honors Military And Veteran Families With “A Service For Your Service” Event

The staff and students of  Franklin Academy, a cosmetology school located at 1605 Professional Park Drive NW in Cleveland, will be hosting an event to honor all active military personnel, veterans and their families on Memorial Day, May 25, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.  “A Service for your Service” is a community-based event focused on showing appreciation for the service and sacrifice of military families.

The event will feature free services to pamper the men, women and family members of the military. Services offered to the honored military personnel will include: haircuts, mini-manicures, mini-pedicures and mini-facials.

Joining the staff and students of Franklin Academy for this event, will be a host of retail partners dedicating their day to recognizing military families. Some of these additional participants are: Target, who will be sponsoring a gift card giveaway; Buffalo Wild Wings; ACE Hardware; Publix; and Flowers Bakery.

One fortunate military family will also win a 3 day/ 2 night stay at the Bearskin Lodge in Gatlinburg. The winning family will also receive tickets to Ripley’s Aquarium and Dollywood Splash Mountain Theme Park as a complimentary bonus during their stay at the lodge.
