Linda Brock, Ned Weigel, Sue Roberts-Parks Win Top Berkshire Hathaway Sales Honors

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced the inaugural awards honors of its new local affiliate, Realty Center. These top realtors are the initial award recipients heralded under the company’s new name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty Center, launched in the first quarter of 2015. These top professionals earned the highest marks both for Realty Center and for the network of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Earning Top Agent Honors is Linda Brock of Realty Center’s East Brainerd Office.

Ms. Brock’s honors from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices include the Chairman’s Diamond designation, representing the Top  ½ of 1% of the Network and the esteemed Top 100 of the Network. Her most outstanding achievement is that she is the Number One Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Agent in the South region. Ms. Brock has single-handedly closed over a half billion dollars worth of business since 2000.

Realty Center’s second place Top Agent Honors is Ned Weigel with Realty Center’s Downtown Office. Mr. Weigel chieved the President’s Circle designation, representing the Top 4% of the Network. He has been a top selling realtor at the Downtown office for 9 years in row.

Realty Center’s third place Top Agent Honors is Sue Roberts-Parks with Realty Center's Hixson Office.  She earned the President’s Circle designation, representing the Top 4% of the Network. She is a 34-year veteran at Realty Center; her honors represent the longevity and stability of both her and the firm.  

Earning dual Top Team Honors are The Edrington Team and Paula McDaniel-The Chattanooga Real Estate Group. Both teams earned the elite Chairman’s Diamond designation from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, representing the Top ½ of 1% of the Network. These two groups of realtors are among the Top 100 of the Network currently.

Earning Team second place is The Lawrence Team of Realty Center’s Signal Mountain Office. The Lawrence Team received the Chairman’s Gold designation from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, representing the Top 2% of the Network. The Lawrence Team has earned the elite Legend Award status and has been in the top 3 teams of the company since 2006.

Earning Team third place is The Colvin Team of Realty Center’s Downtown Office. The Colvin Team received the Chairman’s Gold designation from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, representing the Top 2% of the Network. The Colvin Team was recognized this year with the Legend 5 Year Award.
