Bradley County deputies arrested Billy Rogers, 38, on three counts of dog at large with serious bodily harm after Catherine Ann Riddle of Cedar Springs Road was allegedly bitten and mauled by three pit bulls he owned at a location near the area of Carter Road.

Ms. Riddle sustained injuries to her arms, legs, shoulder and torso and was transported to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment.  Reports indicate the three dogs approached a witness to the incident in an aggressive manner, but didn’t attack the witness when she produced a baseball bat.

Members of SPCA took the three pit bulls from the scene for quarantine. Rogers was subsequently booked into the Bradley County Jail, where he is held on $15,000 bond.
