Gerald E. LaFreniere, 74, of Hixson, Tennessee, died at his residence on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
Gerald was a native of Springfield, Ma., born on Oct. 2, 1940. He was a retired credit manager.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Grace (Hufner) LaFreniere, and his brother, Richard.
Survivors include his wife, Linda LaFreniere; daughter, Colleen Miner (Kenneth); son, David LaFreniere (Chrissy); daughter, Crystal Carruthers(Kelly); son, Mark LaFreniere; sisters, Donna, Betty, Cathy, Jan, and Nancy; brothers, Dennis and Butch; grandchildren, Brooke, Allie, Hannah, Jonathan, Hollis, and Penelope.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 22, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, followed by graveside services at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
