Timothy Jason Hopkins, 33, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015, in a Chattanooga hospital.

He was a very talented and gifted artist and owned and operated Black Heart Tattoo in Cleveland. He was a graduate of Douglas School of Business. He loved music and was an accomplished bass player and was involved with several bands.

He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Hopkins; and mother, Brenda Slaughter.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tonya Hopkins, Cleveland, TN; three beautiful children, Canaan, Gage and Scarlett Hopkins; half-sister, Bambi Hopkins, Sevierville, TN; father-in-law, Andrew Extine; and brother-in-law, Justin Extine.

Funeral service and interment will be held privately.

Arrangements are being handled by Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
