Erlanger Honors EMS Personnel

  • Saturday, May 23, 2015

In recognition of National EMS Week, Erlanger Health System honored regional emergency personnel on May 19 for their extraordinary efforts in saving lives.

Officials said, "It is the countless times when medical care is provided on site or in route that makes a difference in a patient’s life.  And for that reason, EMS personnel, first responders and pre-hospital care providers are honored for an entire week in May by hospital and medical facilities throughout the nation.

"Erlanger is very fortunate to have some of the individuals working at our facilities and with our Life Force air medical program.  It is also the partners in our region who strive to give the best possible care while transporting patients for specialized medical attention."
