Grand Celebration Marks Completion Of Coolsprings Galleria

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL), on Tuesday announced the opening of the redevelopment at CoolSprings Galleria in Nashville (Franklin), Tn. Designed to significantly enhance the offerings at the shopping center, the redevelopment of the former Sears location included adding a new mall entrance as well as retail space for a mix of fashion stores, and fine dining options.

Retailers now open as part of the redevelopment includes H&M, A’Gaci, and exclusive to the market, American Girl.

These new stores join Belk Men’s & Kid’s store which opened in March, and The Cheesecake Factory, which opened in November 2014.  Additional stores plan to open in late fall of 2015 includes fine dining restaurant, Connors Steak & Seafood and Kona Grill (opening spring 2016) and King’s, a boutique bowling & dining venue, both exclusive to the Nashville market.  Additionally, Ulta and Belk’s Women’s and Home Store will open in the fall.

In late summer, CoolSprings Galleria will also welcome Zumiez, Tilley’s and Windsor Fashions as they open new stores on the interior of the mall. Sephora recently opened in May.  

Grand opening celebrations start on Wednesday, for H&M, and continue throughout the week and weekend, with the A’Gaci grand celebration on Friday, and American Girl grand opening on Saturday.  The mall will host family-friendly events all day on Saturday and Sunday, including face painting, kid’s DJ, balloon sculpting, doll check-ups, pictures with your American Girl doll, craft tables, meet and greet with the Ice Queen and Princess, community stage and more, For a list of events and openings, please visit CoolSpringsGalleria.com or facebook.com/CoolSpringsGalleria
