Rubye Jackson
Rubye Lee Bolden Jackson, 81, died peacefully at home with family on Sunday, May 3, 2015.
Rubye was much loved and will be greatly missed. She was the third of 14 children.
She was preceded in death by her two sons, Lamart Bolden and Frederick Gray; Bob Pickett; James and Johnnie Bolden; Walter Malone, Emmitt, Katherine, Percy, Lionel and Carolyn Smith.
Survivors include R. T. Bolden, William, Joe and Sandra Smith; Joseph, Jeffery, Jessica, James Phyllis and Jamesetta Gray and Eugenia Jackson; and step-children, Westeria and Clee Jackson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
The body will lie in state after noon on Friday, May 8, and the family will 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
