Pamila Joan Whitfield, 60, of Rocky Face, Georgia, died on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the local hospital.
Pamila was born April 16, 1955 in Dalton, GA. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She was active with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Whitfield.
She is survived by her parents, Derrell and Virginia Wimpy; son, John Whitfield; daughter, Teri Whitfield; brother, Nathan Lloyd; sister, Melissa Wimpy all of Rocky Face, GA; niece, Lana Lloyd of Chatsworth, GA; step-children, Chrissy Pedigo of Kentucky, Amy Baskins, Dawn Mugia of Florida; and several step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
