Soak Ya Water Park Adds Water Works To Splash Into Summer

  • Tuesday, June 16, 2015

Lake Winnepesaukah has added even more splashtacular fun for the family. "We're welcoming our new Water Works interactive water play area to Soak Ya!" said Talley Green of Lake Winnepesaukah. "Opening on Friday, it's spilling over with 160 gallons of wild, wet fun."

Water Works stands over 20 feet tall and is loaded with surprises, fountains, and even a fun new water slide. The centerpiece of the new play area is a giant bucket that will spill out over guests every couple of minutes, unleashing over 600 liters (160 gallons) of water. "Soak Ya! is loaded with the Crazy River, water slides for all ages, the thrills of the Zoom Flume, and the fun of Coke Float Cove," said Green. "The interactive family fun of Water Works is the perfect way to splash into all the fun!"

Lake Winnepesaukah is open Wednesdays through Mondays. An Unlimited Ride Ticket is $33.95 and includes admission to both the amusement park and Soak Ya Water Park. Parking is always free. Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park has been recognized as one of "America's Top Ten Family Amusement Parks" by Travel & Leisure Magazine.
