Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, a full service mortgage banker and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Long & Foster Companies, Inc., closed its first residential Tennessee home loan, just a few weeks after the company officially began conducting business in the state. The purchasers, Collin and Meagan Moyers, received a post-closing surprise, with Prosperity presenting them with a check for their first mortgage payment on June 9.

“Prosperity Home Mortgage is off to a spectacular start in the Chattanooga area, and we’re thrilled to close our first home loan in Tennessee and help these two buyers achieve their homeownership dreams,” said Tim Wilson, CEO of Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC. “I’m confident our commitment to offering exceptional customer service and competitive loan products will ensure our continued success in southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia, helping us provide even more buyers with the total homeownership experience.”

The Moyers purchased a home in Signal Mountain and Jennifer Bryant, a mortgage consultant with Prosperity, guided them through the financing process. The Moyers also worked with Sonja Millard, a real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty Center, and Stacy Hall of the Title Insurance Company of Chattanooga handled the settlement.

Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, offers a wide range of mortgage products, including fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. It is represented by more than 140 mortgage consultants and operates its own in-house processing, underwriting and closing at its five operation centers across the East Coast. Prosperity Home Mortgage also coordinates its clients’ appraisals and mortgage fulfillment in-house. For more information, visit www.phmloans.com.
