Some 100 people attended a grand opening for the development.

They include tile shower, appliances and washer and dryer.
In 1946, Ed Callaway and Joe Moore opened Moore's Drug Store in a building at Five Points. Two years later, along with partner Harry Ellis, they purchased a second and called it Ellis Drug Store.
After graduating from pharmacy school in 1950, Ben Moore joined the staff and became a partner with his father and uncle in 1953. A year later Ellis Drug Store became Moore's Pharmacy.
In 1958 the Moore family opened Cleveland Apothecary on Broad Street and immediately saw the need for additional space and a better location. As a result, the family opened Medical Center Pharmacy on Ocoee Street in 1962 and Super Discount Pharmacy on Spring Place Road in 1978.
