Julian Wright
Julian B. Wright, 77, of Rossville, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Wright was a lifelong resident of the north Georgia area and was a member and deacon at Union Avenue Baptist Church for 55 years. He was employed for many years at Combustion Engineering and retired from Colonial Bakery following 15 years of service.
His wife of 57 years, Patsy Knox Wright, preceded him in death in 2012.
He is survived by his children, Bill (Nancy) Wright, Dewayne (Deborah) Wright, Patricia (Archie) Layne, Tim (Donna) Wright, and Michael (Denise) Wright; grandchildren, Jeremy, Jamie, Jennifer, Scott, Justin, and Haley Wright, Jason Layne and Kristy Layne Allen; several great and great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Hewitt Wright.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 2, at 2:30 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor DeWayne Madaris officiating. Entombment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park Mausoleum.
