Willis O. Christopher, 85, of Trenton, Georgia, died early Wednesday, June 3, 2015 surrounded by his family.

Mr. Christopher was retired from the Dade County School System, was a member of Hooker Church of Christ and a U.S. Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lon and Delia Christopher; brothers, Chuck and Cleve Christopher; and sisters, Myra, Cleo and Edna Pearl.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Marilyn Clark Christopher of Trenton, GA; daughters, Vicky Williams of Ringgold, GA and Dede (Jim) Humphrey of Wildwood, GA; grandson, Christopher Williams of Ringgold, GA; sister, Bernice Sullivan of Summerville, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 5, in the Chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Minister Frank Parker officiating. Interment to follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, at Ryan Funeral Home in Trenton, who has charge of the arrangements.
