Antonio George was sentenced on Friday to three years in prison for the November 2014 slaying of Aaron "Josh" Davis of Cleveland.

He initially was charged with second-degree murder. The plea was to criminally negligent homicide.

Criminal Court Judge Sandra Donaghy also sentenced George to serve an eight-year prison term in the shooting off of Georgetown Road.

The sentences will run consecutively.

The shooting victim was taken to SkyRidge Hospital, where he later died.

There was a ruckus at the hospital after a crowd gathered following the shooting.

Sheriff Eric Watson said, "This case has been extremely tough for the families of Mr.
George and “Josh” Davis.  It’s a sad situation for each member, I know.”
