Chandler Properties purchased a local self storage facility in Cleveland.
The new property is at 1692 South Lee Highway and will be called Chandler Storage – South Lee. The gated facility includes 152 non-climate storage units. The property includes 5’ x 9’, 10’ x 15’, and 10’ x 30’ storage units. The latest acquisition will bring the total number of self storage units owned and managed by Chandler Properties to 340 units.
Michael Rogers, owner of Chandler Properties, said, “I am excited to add this storage facility to the Chandler Properties portfolio. Our other two facilities were rented up and this will provide additional capacity to serve our Cleveland and Bradley County markets.”
