Wilma Fay Kirk Duggan, 70, of Jasper, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
She had been a member of Friendship Baptist Church, in Frackler, AL, for over 30 years and had worked part-time for the Marion County Election Commission.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arch Kirk, Sr. and Edith Beatrice Cash Kirk; a granddaughter, Abbie Lynn Owens; and her sister, Billie Sue Kirk.
Fay is survived by her husband, Marion Duggan; two daughters, Missi Cox and Brooke (Jason) Owens; step-son, Randy Duggan; step-daughters, Robin Richardson and Darlene Reed; three grandchildren, Gracie Cox, Annie Cox and Connor Owens; and siblings, Arch (Glenda) Kirk, Jr., Kenneth Kirk and Sharon Kirk (Bob) Barnes.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. CDT, Friday, July 3, 2015, with Bro. Mark Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. CDT, Thursday, July 2 at the Tate Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
