AVA All Member Salon Show Has Call For Artists

  • Thursday, July 2, 2015

The AVA All Member Salon Show is having a call for artists.  The exhibit will be Aug. 7-28 and the opening reception will be on Friday, Aug. 7.

This event is comprised of a non-juried, salon-style exhibition featuring the work of AVA members.

This exhibit is only open to current AVA members.  All 2-D and 3-D media will be accepted.  Pieces must not exceed 4 feet in any direction. In addition, AVA will only accept one piece per artist.

To submit, bring a work of art to display at AVA, and prepare the artwork for hanging. Work that is not ready to hang will not be installed.

Deliver art to AVA on Tuesday, Aug. 4, between 11 a.m.-4 p.m. (or until all spots are filled). Work will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until all spots are filled. While at AVA, artists will fill out an ID tag for their work (title, medium and price).

Sales are encouraged. Reimbursement on sold works will be made within 30 days of
de-installation of the exhibit. A 30 percent commission will be taken from sales. Artists will pick-up unsold work on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
