green|spaces hosted a bike tour and listing party of its soon-to-be-constructed NextGen Homes on Saturday.

The NextGen homes are a first of a kind in Chattanooga where it not only produces as much energy as it consumes, but also minimizes water consumption, incorporates healthy products and promotes wellness for the occupants – all for the same price conventional homes are being built for today.

Vendors suppling sustainable products were at the listing party including Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Heating & Cooling, Vaproshield, Lowe’s and Olympic Paints. Other sponsors of the home were unable to attend but will be supporting in future events including Louisville/Crossville Tile, Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, EPB, Marvin Windows, SK Collaborative, Whitacre Greer, and CeasarStone. Over 30 people attended the listing party.
