"STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 with one clinic and one mission – to serve.

While we’ve grown, our commitment to you, our communities, and employees has not changed. Our commitment to the patient and physician is to provide clinicians that are great mechanics of the human body. STAR meets this commitment by first hiring good people – people with a servant’s heart and providing them with the best clinical education program in the country. Our 99.7% patient satisfaction rating is proof positive that it works. Our commitment to the communities that we serve can be seen in both time and money that we give to those that have been so good to us and can been seen in our sports medicine outreach program, sponsorship of youth sports, and partnerships with local and national charities. Our 65+ outpatient facilities specialize in spine, neck and joint physical therapy, manual therapy, sports medicine and industrial rehabilitation."
