UNUM Hosts Back To School Bash For Chambliss Center For Children

  • Friday, July 24, 2015
A Back to School Bash was hosted by UNUM on Friday for the school-aged kids spending the summer at Chambliss Center for Children.

"Each year, UNUM hosts a special day on our campus that includes inflatable slides, carnival games, snow cones, face painting, pizza and more. Several UNUM employees help in organizing and staffing all of the many activities. They also stuff more than 100 backpacks full of the required school supplies, which are given to some of our children to prepare them for the start of the school year," officials said.

“It’s a busy, fun-filled day, and we appreciate all the work UNUM employees put into making it special for the kids,” says Lesley Berryhill, director of Communications for Chambliss Center for Children.
“We are thankful for UNUM’s continued support of our agency and concern for our children.”
