Family Partnership Specialist At Battle Academy For 13 Years

Patricia Hudson Streip died on Friday, July 24, 2015. She was 59.

She was born April 28, 1956 in East Ridge, to Leon L. and Betty T. Hudson. Patty attended East Ridge High School and The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. She served her community in law enforcement and education, spending 13 years as Family Partnership specialist at Battle Academy.

Patty is survived by her parents, Leon and Betty Hudson; husband, David Lawrence Streip; son, Drew Hudson Streip; sister, Laura Ruth Hudson; nieces, Lena Marie and Olivia Christine Damiano; and dog, Scout.

A service honoring Patty’s life will be held on Tuesday,  July, 28, at 7 p.m. with Pastor Chris Stapleton officiating.

Her family will receive friends at 3-7 p.m.  at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga, 200 Central Ave., Chattanooga, Tn. 37403.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
