Speaking In Code Camp Teaches Teens About Computer Science

  • Monday, July 27, 2015

As a community partner with the Tennessee Code Academy, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hosting Code Camp, a week long program that teaches the basics of programming to area middle and high school students through games and web applications.

Throughout the week, the camp will work with professional developers at BlueCross and other companies to give insights to students about their jobs and the computer science industry. At the end of the week, the camp participants will show off what they learn as part of a Demo Day for parents.

Code Camp will be held at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, One Cameron Hill Circle, from Monday-Friday.
