Cleveland Receives 27th Consecutive Annual Certificate Of Achievement For Excellence In Financial Reporting

The City of Cleveland has received its 27th consecutive annual Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.

The certificate is presented by the Government Finance Officers Association for the city's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

In a letter to City Finance Director and City Clerk Shawn McKay, Stephen J. Gauthier, director of GFOA's Technical Services Center wrote the certificate the "highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting."
