Chattanooga Allergy Clinic has expanded to accommodate growth. Their eighth office location is now open in Dalton, Ga. at 1506 North Thornton Ave., Suite C, next to Cherokee Pharmacy.

“Our patient growth in North Georgia has led us to open an office in Dalton,” said Dr. Marc Cromie. “We anticipate this new office will improve wait times for our Ft Oglethorpe patients, and provide a shorter drive time for our Whitefield County patients.”

Named Chattanooga Times Free Press ‘Best of the Best’ allergists in Chattanooga for the last six years, Chattanooga Allergy Clinic is celebrating 40 years of service to Chattanooga and surrounding communities with seven other locations in East Brainerd, Downtown, Ft.
Oglethorpe, Cleveland, Hixson, Erlanger on Volkswagen Drive, and Jasper.

“Having added three new locations in the last few months, we knew we would have to bring on another physician to keep up with the patient growth.  We are grateful to our many loyal patients and strong doctor referral network for helping us grow our practice,” said Dr. Cromie.

Dr. Jennifer Patel received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and was an Allergy and Immunology Fellow as well as an Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, so she knows our state and the allergy issues Tennessee residents face first hand.  Dr. Patel was a varsity soccer player LSU while receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology.

Dr. Patel is a Diplomat of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (Board Certified) and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  Most recently Dr. Patel lived in Baltimore, Md., serving as a physician at the Allergy and Asthma Center.

Dr. Patel has experience treating allergy and asthma with both pediatric and adult patients and is an active member of the AAAAI and ACAAI.  She has presented nationally on several topics including Complications in Immunodeficiency and has done extensive research on asthma.

She now looks forward to seeing patients in CAC’s Downtown Chattanooga and Dalton, Ga. offices.

In addition, to Dr. Cromie and Dr. Patel, other allergists include Dr. Todd Levin, Dr. Lee Perry, and Dr. Hyman Kaplan.

“The allergists and staff of Chattanooga Allergy Clinic are an experienced and caring team of specialists, board-certified in infant, pediatric, adolescent and adult allergy, asthma and immunology,” Dr. Cromie said.
